Enhancing Nutrition Education with AI-Generated Podcasts

I collaborated with the teaching & learning team to create scripts for nutrition podcasts using ChatGPT, which were voiced using another AI tool, converted to MP4, and uploaded to EdPuzzle for easy access by learners. This integration of AI tools has facilitated interactive lectures and the creation of engaging educational content, including multiple choice quizzes based on YouTube transcripts.
